Household Managers

The job description is to take full control over the household including any supervising any additional staff (such as cooks, maids, nanny's, gardner) that the household might need.
The household manager has total responsibility to see that the house is run smoothly, to the liking and guidance of the owners of the house.
This manager must be well organized and work well with the staff and coordinate all activities of the household and staff to assure a comfortable environment for the owners.

Estate Managers

Needs all of the above plus this candidate must have knowledge of keeping record of all payments needed to run the estate. Most owners come down once or several times a year and it is the estate manager's job to see that the house is ready and fully functioning upon arrival of the owners.

Personal Managers

Helps the owner with his or her day to day activities such as appointments, set up meetings, shopping, picking up dry cleaning reservation etc. Acting as a personal assistant.
